I just finished the novel...OMG Callisto is such a simp, and I would sacrifice my life for him and Penelope. A

Long story short, the prince is her future hubby, the oldest brother is pathetic piece of shit who "only acted this way because he was battling his feelings for her bla bla bla" (he begged her on his knees that was just horribly pathetic.), the youngest brother is still an asshole, but he apologized (at least) and lastly the slave is a yandere who wanted to ruin her life so that she would only see him. The prince really was the best choice, he even gave her a knive and asked her to hurt in revenge for how in acted in their first accounter (I mean homeboy does have many people who wanted to kill him so he was just being careful). He was a little bit too possessive for my choice but I still love him. The real daughter that's a plot twist ill let you discover by yourself (its worth the wait). For the father, I think he apologized and admitted his faults and hes trying to be a better father but our FL said fuck you bitch and went with the prince. Her original family were assholes tho and she died of an illness in her original world. OHHH i forgot the magician. He's alright tho, a little creepy but alright.

Woa okay I knew it the prince would be the main character and they would end up together. Still Idk if this pity feeling is necessary but I honestly feel bad for her father and brothers, they are actually trying to be better aren't they.. especially the father. And well what will happen to the yandere knight? Will she abandon him? Damn I feel sorry for every character who wants to make it up for her or longs for her love..
And according to the novel, how many more chapter do you think she need to go through in order to meet the crown prince?
And... just one more question, is the real daughter a bad person? I somehow get a feeling that she'll do something bad to Penelope.

ok so here is the tea (of literally the entire story)

- After this is a hunting competition
--so Penelope goes to the hunting competition where she gives a magical amulet to her father and is going to give one to her brother/emergency but daddy callisto takes it from Penelope as his own
--then when the hunting competition starts she goes in the forest when a quest for her to kill this massive bear appears she is about to die when our Lord and savior Callisto appears and saves her
--as Penelope and Callisto are riding on a horse a bunch of assassins target them when Penelope takes them out on her own (what a queen) as apart of another quest, but they end up calling off of a cliff
---they spend the night in a cave with Penelope in Callisto's arms, and Penelope uses her archeology skills from her past life to excavate an ancient map that they find
---however, the prince was poisoned by an assassin so he is unconious and Penelope is put on trial (she wins ofc), and her wish that she is granted from the Prince for saving her is to not kill her :(

- Basically after that (sorry this is really choppy with the original storyline) Callisto keeps contacting Penelope to the point where he goes to the Duke's mansion and Penelope quickly dresses up as a sick person and the Crown Prince notices, Penelope helps Vinter do volunteer stuff when the children (those they we saw in the manwha) are kidnapped, so they go save them (also apart of a quest). They go to save them, when they get split up and Penelope is attacked by monster when non other than the Crown Prince Callisto saves her (round of applause for this beautiful man that protects Penelope everytime she is abt to die), and blah blah blah happens (all the MLS have there favorablilty like over 50%) and Eclise's (favorbility around 89%) asks Penelope to run away with him (but she is like umm hell nah)
- some stuff happens when ECLISE, the man with the HIGHEST FAVORIBILITY, comes back one day with the one, the only, heroine, Yvonne.

HERE IS THE BACKSTORY OF YVONNE/HISTORY OF THIS WORLD:
Basically there was a group of people called Lelias that wanted power so much that they became monsters and their souls had to be put into another body, so when Yvonne got lost in the festival the Lelia put their soul in her body so she was no longer the true Yvonne. Yvonne went through the story like the original game where she was the heroine and Penelope was the villain, when she was the real evil one. Penelope is the only one that goes against Yvonne (and ends up dead by the Crown Prince), so when she has everyone fall for her, she takes over/destorys the world. Right before she does that though, Vinter does magic to turn back time. The same story keeps replaying for millions of times with Penelope being betrayed and killed millions of times to the point to which her soul breaks/is like destroyed so she is reincarnated into another dimension in Korea (so basically she was the real Penelope all along) and sent into this game which is actually real. When she is sent, her original Korean body goes into a coma with stomach cancer.

Penelope's Coming of Age:
At this point Penelope had rejected Callisto and his engagement proposal because she knew he did not love her but was doing it bc of their goals, but he is at her coming of age regardless. (but he did come to love her at that point even though she does not know it). Many people are brainwashed by evil Yvonne (like the Derrick, Eclise, and the staff of the mansion) but Callisto, the Duke, and the second brother are not. Even though she does not want the party it happens and the son of a bitch first brother BRINGS YVONNE IN THE MIDDLE OF HER CEREMONY when the Duke told him not to. Yvonne poisons Penelope, and Penelope takes knowing that thinking "I should just die anyways (not bc she wants to go back to the original world but bc she wanted to die), she drops to the floor and Vinter, Callsito, the Duke, and Renald are all trying to desperately save her (THE FUCKING FIRST BROTHER JUST STANDS THERE LIKE AN IDIOT)
She is unconious for a week (and my heart literally shattered at this part) Callisto stays at her bedside all night and day even stating that he would kill himself if she dies

In the end/aftermath:
They find out Yvonne is evil and defeat her, the Emporer was killed by Yvonne, the second Prince and Queen sided with Yvonne so they were also defeated, Penelope is safe and has a chance to go back to her world but decided to stay with callisto (they have a bunch of lovey-dovey moments), Callisto becomes Emperor, Penelope ends up with Callisto and they get married even though Penelope literally rejects him a bunch of times lol. Eclise which was literally the main reason of the problem (but that was since he was brainwashed by Yvonne) and became like the biggest yandere I have ever seen, goes missing and is pressured dead, but in reality, he just got amnesia and was wondering as a mercanary when two years later he runs into Penelope and gets a longing/de ja vu feeling so he acts as a secret/hidden knight, protecting her from monsters without her knowledge for the next three years. When they meet again (this is before the marriage between the Prince), Penelope says that they hated each other and he should leave her (he does not believe Penelope tho, but ends up leaving)., Callisto and Penelople have a daughter named Judith
how the Penelope and Callisto got married (this was pretty funny) - they were basically having a long distance relationship for the next 5 years after defeating Yvonne bc Penelope wants to travel and do archeology and like at Callisto's birthday she becomes really drunk when she kind of...um...how do i say this...attacks Callisto (he also goes along with it) and becomes pregnant, so now their long engagement finally advanced into a marriage (HORAAYYY!!!)

Also, Judith, her daughter with Callisto finds a piece of the mirror (so basically this mirror was what evil Yvonne used/caused Penelope to go into the game) that was hidden away and it sends her back to Korea where she was previously in a coma with stomach cancer, and sees that her original dad and brothers are desperately trying to cure her/realize their mistakes. She goes back and they beg for her forgivness, but being the queen she is does not forgive her years of abuse, and she lives happily ever after with Callisto and her children.

Yeah the real daughter is actually possessed by an evil being and poisons Penelope, which almost kills Penelope.

DONT FEEL SORRY FOR THEM. Seriously what they did wasn’t okay and their excuses were not it. I’m not kidding the eldest brother is really disgusting. The yandere knight almost killed her and everyone, he disappeared after tho. Yes the real daughter is a bad person. I mean it’s complicated since she got possessed at a young age so the real daughter is dead it’s just that her body have the soul of a bad person. It’s going to be a long ride, there was a thousand chapters or so in the novel. Last thing, the only person who is trying to make up is the father. He deserves it but even after she left them, he’s still trying to act like her father and she let him. They had a good relationship after if I remember correctly. The second brother just apologized and then treated her like a normal person. Everyone else, except for the crown prince, is a bitch
