She reworked the final 2 chapters in the tankobon, to give them better structure. There is no extra including the train station scene, I suspect she didn’t like how she ended it and so changed it. Having worked on both versions, I also much prefer the new ending.
It’s the magazine version from Cheri that was uploaded here - the official volume version is the one we used for chapter 9(.1) and 10.
Oh, thank you for your hard work and for the explanation! I also like the reworked ending because it feels more like a happy ever-after ending than the original one. To show them at train station is a reminder that they are not yet together (not until shiina is transferred back) whereas to show them at the apartment gives the impression that they are together, even though shiina probably still have to go back to osaka later and they still have to endure this long-distance relationship some more.

I just read chapter 10 then read the japanese chapter 10, they were not exactly the same!? like in the japanese version, he gave the key at the train station and it ended there, whereas in the english version, it ended with them putting pictures into the photo album. Is there going to be extra at the end of the tankobon or is the train station part edited out?
