It's Doosik friend who said that, the blonde guy. Looks like Doosik had a lover and used him for money. Maybe it's the reason why he had debts and in hiding. Remember Doosik is famous in his field around chapter 2 if I remember it correctly, that's the reason he had a lot of money I guess.
