I think it's more she feels unworthy to receive his love so she's trying to not be in love with him (as she told Julia "I'm unworthy"). Not that she doesn't recognise it. Shes more denying it. Though I could be wrong.
I completely forgot about the fact that she's reincarnated and that she was formerly 40 years old with a husband and children... you know, its highly unlikely that she wont recognize that she's falling in love considering she has experience regarding falling in love or smth in her prev life
