1. It’s painfully obvious it was her who spent the night with the emperor. Her eye color, form, height, nervousness, defensiveness is odd.

2. Why doesn’t she have a plan? She could’ve hid the pregnancy if she wasn’t so paranoid all the time.

    Agreed, and with the shadow people and the dreams, I'm 90% sure the emperor already knows it was her. But she should have made a better overall plan if she wanted to hide it from him, unfortunately as a guard of his highness, I doubt she could have quit easily without a background check on why (aka if she might be a spy or something) plus where else would she go? She slightly mentioned that in the beginning. My guess is that she was going to wait until it started to become visible before going into hiding, that was she can save up money. People have talked about the kids and their personalities, so I assume there is going to be a time skip, and knowing these types of books, that time skip is probably going to be after she runs away to before she meets ML again.
