Before Han kissed Param, Param gave it away that he was interested. Mr Han knew that so he did his move. And Param went with it. He didnt refuse the kiss, and he followed Han for more.
That's true and also the reason why I'm disappointed at Param. But you have to consider that Han used his unsure feelings to manipulate him into thinking he still has feelings for Han. They're both at fault but I think Han had a lot more weight.
If i like you. And i know you like someone else. But you also like me. Even if there seems to be some kimd of vague relationship between you and the other person. If I notice that you are interested in me, then there is nothing wrong if i make a move (going for the kiss). And if you go along(accepting the kiss), theres nothing wrong with trying to go further.

I get where you're coming from but Han, in my opinion, is outright manipulative. He knew very well of Param's feelings and yet he decided to wait until Hwi came into the picture to start making a move. And how he treated his previous bedmate was a huge red flag to me.
But Param is not innocent either because, like you said in the example, Han leaned in for the kiss but Param accepted him anyways and even chose to stay in the car. And his condition doesn't excuse him from that.
Han is a complicating character, some people like him, some people hate him. I personally hate him but if you see what he did was appropriate then that's your own perspective on the matter.

I would disagree with that, as Mr Han made his first move when he saw Param at a bar. And he didn't know about Hwi that time. And also said on the phone "i miss you" or close to that when he went on a business trip.
I dont understand why Han waited so long. But he didn't start only when Hwi showed up.
Han tried to kiss Param because he knows Param still likes him. And he is right.
Also there was literally no reason for Param to open his mouth for Han. And he could have tried to push him. But he didnt push and he ended up opening the mouth and kissing back. Because despite everything, he still likes Han. Do i agree? No. But i am not the one making the story. Han even asked that even if Param like someone else, if he likes Han too. And Param didnt answer. The logical guess is :he didnt answer because he still like Han but doesnt want to admit it.

Look, i'm not rooting for Han and trust me, i hated this scene. But the fact is, Han made a move and Param went with it. There is no manipulation or rape in this. Just a uke who is lustful for someone other than the main seme. And the 2nd seme who's making a move on someone who he knew was up for it.
