I just think he thought Keith's feelings were mutual. After all, he did sleep with him after going on and on about how he'd "never sleep with a man", but he ended up sleeping with Yeon Woo. Not only that, but Keith was gentle and kind to him during their times together. I guess he wasn't just sending Yeon Woo mixed signals and led him on.
