I tried it both signed in and signed out, and then signed back in again.
well, I have never tried the "contact us". So I don't know about that. I always use the "flag"(for reporting) thingy that appears on the left side of all manga page to send mangago a massage. If they find it relevant, they reply. If not, then they don't. So it's not a very sure method either (￣∇￣"). But something is better than nothing, right? You can give it a try. Hope things work out for you.
When rating a manga and marking it as want to read, read, etc., the comments section has a check mark box that says "Visible only to me." This isn't working, and I can't figure out how to get a hold of techs at mangago to get this to work. Sometimes I have comments, notes, or whatever for myself about a manga that I don't want to post to the general topics. The "contact me" link at the bottom of the mangago site just opens up a new browser window. Anyone have any ideas?
