ah, yes, it appears that something is off i think, so go read on webtoon its all in order and i bet the comments there will fill you in, and its better experience :) but do you mean where he finds out her true identity? its because the backpack she was wearing to school had a key chain on it, so i guess he remembered what it looked like. She went to the store not wearing make up with the backpack she'd worn to school and he noticed that it was her because the key chain was there, as he remembered then she freaked out because he saw her true identity.
