No when he first saw Takano he was around 12 three years later Ritsu and Takano met again and Ritsu confess he was 15 then they separated and 10 yrs laters in the beginning of the manga 25....right?
A long time ago maybe a year ago after watching OVA 1 of Sekaiichi& reading the chapter Ritsu confess and they went back to Takano's house and then them at the library I realized when they first saw each other Ritsu was 12. So he fell in love at 12 yrs old that's precious
