I dont think he sees her as his mother either just someone who raised him.
Also do either of them think of each other as mother and son? Just because she raised him doesnt mean she thinks of him as her son or that he thinks shes his mother.
Grooming is when someone builds a relationship, trust and emotional connection with a child or young person so they can manipulate, exploit and abuse them.
Shes not doing that.. He will have romnatic feelings for her when hes much older and she wont do anything until then.
