He never said yes. Consent in supposed to be clear and unambiguous. Anything other than a solid yes isn’t consent. I know it’s just a comic but it’s still rape.
Omg, I cannot understand people like you... I'm sorry, but unless the person says 'no' and is still being forced, it's not rape. The uke didn't tell him to stop. This was not rape in any way, form or shape. You don't ask someone to have sex with you. When the mood is right, it just happens (the only weird part was was that Tsumugu was right there...). If he didn't want to, he would have said so or pushed him off of him. I feel like guys legit have to virgins for the rest of their lives to avoid being accused of rape ever.

I think it should be normal to straight up ask, cause it’s important to know if the other person is comfortable. I don’t know ab u but others feelings are important. Giving consent does not mean you have to say the words yes, you can also give consent through body language. If the character shown signs of being uncomfortable in that situation it can be called rape, but simply saying that he did not give consent because he did not say the words yes can be objective :)
Yea, I agree. But its best just to get a yes. What I mean is like if there’s like no response it’s not consent. I just get annoyed with the lack of consent in a lot of yaoi(￣∇￣")
