No. I think akihito has been brainwashed (though he looks like Sudou a lot at the last panel... I would not know how to pass him off as Akihito to Asami though). And Asami was ... um taken by love and longing and threw logic and rationalism overboard =D

Yep, looks like Asami just doesn't care at this point. He just wants him back at any price. I am curious to know how he managed to stay calm for 5 months though. As for Akihito, I am sure it's him. Asami will recognize those eyes among any others. Sudou cannot take his spot. Man, it will turn into a telenovela if it's really the case, haha! And I expect Asami to manhandle Akihito in that very second after the knife threatening. It will be fun to watch.
