Um he was an asshole? Can you also acknowledge the fact that joowon was also an asshole in the first half of the story? Just coz he’s changed and ended up being the endgame doesn’t hide how much toxic he was towards haesoo in the first few chaps. If it wasn’t for taku joowon and haesoo would have still ended up being fuck buddies and joowon would’ve still continued to hurt haesoo. And only after taku came to picture joowon wanted haesoo and himself to be in a proper rs, um isn’t that egoistic?
All I gotta say is taku had diff intentions when he got together with haesoo but after a certain point of time he to changed and he realized how much he likes haesoo.
If joowon who as toxic and and asshole towards in the beginning of the story got to be endgame. Then yes, taku and had realized his mistakes has to right to have a happy ending too. Periodt.

When did Taku realize his mistakes??? He was blaming Haesoo at the end saying he hopes he suffers LOL. At least joowon's intentions were honest. if you read the whole story, you knew that joowon acted the way he did with haesoo because he believed that being in an undefined relationship with haesoo was the only to keep them seperating (as it would keep their parents from getting involved). he kept them ambiguous to keep them together. He later realized he was wrong to do so.
Now please PLEASE explain Taku's actions of saying he hopes Haesoo gets and hurt and suffers cause of him in Chapter 99... other than this being for his own selfish hurt feelings, while completely disregarding haesoo. He decided to throw a fit over being dumped after 1 month when he knew from the start Haesoo loved Joowon and he AGREED to it??? He guilt tripped others for his own faults. Something Joowon never did, as he spent so long repenting over his OWN mistakes, ignoring all the ways Haesoo wronged him lol

im sorry, but how the FUCK does anything Joowon did relate in the slightest to Taku's choices and motivations? like why tf would I need to say anything about Joowon in order to criticize Taku? that's like saying, "well if you are gonna say that the earth is round can you acknowledge the fact that dolphins are mammals?" like the two are so completely unrelated.
Taku had malicious intent from the beginning. he did it cuz he thought it would be interesting and fun to fuck with people. it was all for his personal entertainment. then when he caught feels and wanted to be with Haesoo it was still all about him. when Haesoo told him no, Taku begged him literally on his knees and emotionally manipulated Haesoo into dating all for his own satisfaction. Taku has never once cared about anyone's feelings other than his own. and thems the facts. PeRioDt.

Okay so I didn’t want to like fight or whatsoever coz I’m genuinely not taking sides. I’ve only read till the chaps that are translated lmao. And in the chap that was recently translated the author kinda portrayed it in such a way that it shows how taku ended up really liking haesoo while his first intention was completely different.
And I just felt that it was completely unfair for people to say that take was completely at fault and didn’t deserve any happiness. Like everyone makes mistakes and so did joowon but he corrected it so why don’t we give taku to give space to correct it too? And like as of my opinion I’ve been in similar situation and it hurts me to see it. That’s all lmaoo

Smh I was just comparing how joowon was hurting haesoo in the beginning well due to reasons ofc and still gets to be a “good/better person” or “deserved more” whereas taku did fuck up too but now he caught feels and he know how it feels to to be hurt or left like that as his past rs has showed us what he was like. All I’m saying is everyone makes mistakes and just coz what taku did was wrong doesn’t make what joowon did in the beginning right. But joowon corrected his mistakes and became a better person so all Im saying is that taku deserves a happy ending too. That’s all it’s my opinion don’t come at me smh.

okay i get what youre saying
i was talking more about the latest korean chapter that you havent read (i know some korean + read other fan translations).
maybe it's just a difference in views, but i personally think if you truly and honestly love someone else, you'll want happiness and the best for that person, even if you feel hurt
╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ taku showed me too much of his selfishness and that he seemed to care little about haesoo's feelings, only his own. i know it's just a human trait/flaw, but i think it was wrong of him considering all the conditions of his and haesoo's relationship. and especially when joowon acted exactly the opposite as taku during his much more painful "breakup".
taku should get happiness yeah... but in my opinion, only when he's less selfish and realizes his own faults with his relationship (like maybe have a realization such as, "ah it was very unfair and horrible for me to tell haesoo that I hope he suffers just cause he doesn't like me back. especially when this was a 1 month trial r/s where I knew he liked someone else but persisted anyway, and we made a pact to end things without hard feelings. I should not treat my future partners like that, OR pursue a relationship with someone that loves someone else and try to manipulate or use them for my projects"). that's just my take~

bruh im just telling it like it is. but the difference between Joowon and Taku is character development. it is Joowon being able to look back and say "yeah I was wrong" where Taku sees nothing wrong with what he has done. but honestly what Joowon did is completely irrelevant to Taku and his actions in the story. Taku has shirked the responsibility for his actions and blamed everyone around him for how things turned out, when really the only person to blame is himself.
developing feelings for someone is not character development. character development is learning from your past, and making changes. catching feelings in no way makes up for how he treated Joowon and Haesoo nor does it mean he cares about other people's feelings. again, the only person Taku has really been concerned about in the whole story is himself. he never cared about Haesoo's feelings. he just wanted Haesoo to be with him because he liked Haesoo. he is entirely selfish and imo does not deserve better, im fact he deserves much worse. he deserves to suffer like how he has made others suffer.

No I didn’t talk about how he suddenly started like haesoo and now he needs justice too. All I commented on was “he doesn’t deserve better” and I’m just saying that we need to give him time or have a side story to show that he changed coz joowon had the wholeass story to grow and it’s just my opinion that I want taku to have a side story where he gets to realize and change himself too that’s all. I’m not saying the fact that haesoo ended up with joowon was bad or whatsoever coz it completely depends on haesoo and who he truly loves. That’s all. Say all you want but imma stick to my opinion.

that's fine, you can have your opinion, im just stating mine. you act like Taku was not apart of this story basically the whole time when he made his appearance in what, ch 10? Taku has had a whole story to change and he didn't. Joowon was offered no advantage over Taku in the story to make him have character development, in fact Taku probs got more screen time than Joowon and he def had more time with Haesoo. your opinion is based on false perceptions im just presenting the facts as they are. currently the Taku in this story does not deserve better. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
taekyung deserves better ╥﹏╥
