When they said "shut Yi Yun" out, it refers to the scripts his producer uncle (Mr. He, the glasses wearing one) is making for Yi Yun to act because they were so terrible so that's one of the reasons Yi Yun is not popular at all so they plan to shut those out of Yi Yun's career path and give him better stuff to work with.
