Aslan should be 14-15 (his coming of age ceremony is when Maybelle reach 14 y.o in season 3)
in the begining, Mabel was 10 I believe. Abel mentioned he was 13. and he also mentioned that Phon is a year older. so then he's 14.

she doesn't understand it at this moment but some of Phon's words are imprinted on her (not the all of the flirting, tho XD, but Phon's sweet talk no jutsu have a big impact on Maybelle XDDD. well, we are not the one who feel uncomfortable. Rykell certainly wants to kick his own disciple (and he'll start to punish Phon in season 2.. the kid doesn't hesitate to flirt in front of him. Abel and Aslan is no match for Phon in term of guts lol)
