Readers are entitled to be disappointed with what is currently happening in this manga as we have already gone through enough chapters to see the development of the characters and the story itself, but instead I feel like we're stuck in some pattern that begins from a sudden thunderstorm in apparent silence and keeps looping. I think it's not a bad thing to be disappointed if you are tired of the constant rape and assault scenes. This does not make the readers naive. Some of us, including me, are simply unhappy to see where this manga is going.
Then there is no reason for you to feel addressed. If you read 10000000 pages of comments, you will surely notice which groups I am addressing here. AND not being happy and satisfied with potn is absolutely fine!!!
Of course everyone has a right to their own opinion and feelings. But for me it is more important how these are expressed and with which arguments, and that's when it starts to get annoying.
If someone doesn't want to see this entire act of rape, just read something else. That's fine. If it bothers someone that Seungho did not become a loving husband, then potn might not be the right story for you. This is when your own imagination meets impossible expectations and ends up with the hard "reality" of BD's rape fiction.
What is certain is that what is happening here totally corresponds to Seungho's character and how he reacts to these circumstances. If he doesn't get violent right away, he's abusing someone.... you spoke about similar patterns? What I read and see here is change, even if the result is rape. Nakyum behaves differently. Seungho is different in the whole act. And so far ppl should also notice that expression and gestures are very important for the author and that she takes her time, even if some acts are quickly resolved, like the kidnapping arc. But she still put a lot more energy in her characters emotions.
This is no justification, analysing a rape scene is uncomfortable to some extend and this is not supposed to be a feel good story. I have already mentioned in older posts that Seungho is not good so no need to repeat myself.
These chapters do not surprise me at all. They are true to the character. Anything else would be totally out of character.
So I just hope those specific readers would stop pushing their expectations onto something what is not supposed to be like how they want it. Some of them are those who even take their time insulting the author for milking the story because it's popular, etc.
Maybe it's now more clear why I even wrote something to begin with.

It is not about expectations. people have opinions and the comment section is for expressing that. I'm not talking about toxic comments about not liking the plot and talking shit about the author or justifying rape because Seungho is 'hot', But talking about the disappointing characters is not that bad. I agree with you on dropping if it is too much for you but most of the people who comment about being disappointed are still interested in reading further It is like venting to your besties lol. Readers can feel disappointment even tho we kow seunghoe is a bitch-

That's just my opinion... but seungho is someone who acts as he controls others. And that's what happens in the whole scene. He suppresses his own memories, thoughts, trauma, but forces the other to remember it. He draws the clear line, he is the Lord and Nakyum just a lowborn, just a painter. Nothing more. He stands above him. At the moment of his confession, he and Nakyum were on par. He can't allow this. This chapter is pure punishment. Look at the expressions and gazes. Then Nakyum, who hoped to be kissed but was not kissed after all. The shocking moment that dried his tears. Had he been kissed, he would have forgiven Seungho. The more ugly Seungho acts, the more he wants to suppress his thoughts. of course It's just assumption on my part, but sex is a form of communication. it just seems to me that we should all be prepared for something very heavy in the future.

Aren't you all tired of complaining? This is pure rape fiction. If you haven't noticed this by now, over the entire chapters since the beginning, and still repeatedly hoped that Seungho will change overnight into someone or something he isn't able to due to reasons, apparently only reads with his dripping ass.
Stop with your false expectations. Take off your rose-colored glasses. Accept that this is not a cuddly fluffy story. Don't be so naive and don't complain for no reason. You are still free not to read any further. There are just too many stupid comments piled up now, it's really tiresome. Read the story as it is and if it gets too much, just take a long break.
