Aubergine Diamond no Ace? It’s a shounen anime and manga. There was a side character who couldn’t really do baseball for a while anymore but after some rehabilitation he could do little again or something. Forgot his name. But ye maybe this but I’m not sure/.

I cant remember the title of that anime..
Its tells about someone who dream in some sport and he can’t reach the dream because he sick that make he can’t walk or run (i think) and the only thing he can do is to teach the kids and get some victory and because a succses atlet.. i can’t remember waht sport is it.. i though that was a baseball.. but i think that is not a yaoi or shounen anime
