Somehow it's a bit sad, like... Who would fall in love with someone who just raped them, but his confession was rather cute.
If you read the part where both of them met, you can tell Takato had basically already fallen in love with Azumaya. Ik this because When Azumaya was about to kiss him, afterwards Takato was blushing and was distracted, so to get back non track he asked his manager to cram as much jobs as he could
