Um no, they both are. Seungho is conflicted about what to feel because he doesn't know what is love. If he only desired Nakyum's body why would he go out his to feed him, take care of him etc. Wouldn't he just be satisfied with other people instead ? They flipped and is now hurting baby Nakyum because he's convinced Nakyum wanted to leave him, something Seungho fears the most:)
And Nakyum is also hella confused he started accepting the Lord as substitute for the teacher. HE used Seungho's body to distract himself from the rejection only to find out later he likes the Lord. Its really messy but dude both of them are in pain
