well.... I have been surrounded by family members being pregnant and friends who are pregnant so I am kinda used to pregnant people. And there are cases that baby bumps will suddenly show around 7th or 8th month hehe but it's usually around 6months when the babies start to show gender
Depending on the position of the baby you can have a flat stomach considering the child can be deep in you to the point you don't feel anything. I know those because there is a show called I didn't know I was pregnant and they talk about depending on the position of the baby you might not show much signs of being knocked up. Please lookit up if you don't believe me.
