I don't think there's a ML. I remember reading some where that it's just about how MC fixes her problems and grows as a person, and makes friends and becomes happy(づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ

Although there is the possiblity where she restores the LOVE in the father and daughter relationship she has with her dad and she learns to love herself and other maybe? Again not concrete it's just that I recalled some stuff from another spoiler comment. Also IIRC she cuts off contact with her father in the future even after talking it out with him.
As for the shoujo/romance tag I think as long as they show that she had some romantic relationship with some guys regardless if they were the ML would justify the tag. I mean it already showed her having some feelings for that scum even tho it went nowhere, and I think while she and the knight(Joseph) might not get into a relationship they'll most definitely have a very ambiguous relationship
