Actually that time when alek meet hen at that restaurant he said that "let's stop" meaning that he won't bother them anymore but when the mark start to spread a pheromones and make hen in heat alek have to do it cause he is the one who mark him and because it's too strong ivan can't help him anymore ( if Ivan the one who did it then hen will just suffer from the pain) .
