I think what they meant at the start was that her future children will not be heirs of Elpasa, the story said that the fat bastard beat her and that's all i know, i could be wrong though

Wait, did Chloe had a son???? Since at the beginning they keep repeating her son will not be the heir of Espala!! In the new chapter, her ex-husband also mention about the son. O.o
