Spirits does not have genitals nor butt hole but they do have butt cheeks or if they want they'll have boobs too but i think without nipples. They just going to use their power to cleanse their selves or I think because they don't have a physical body, i'm not quite sure if it's either of the two or both. Haein is a spirit and also a elf so she have gender and because she is also a spirit she can also be a man or woman.
