Hari does not look like Arina! This was confirmed in the novel. Hari and Arina only share the same hair color. That's it. They looked SIMILAR when Hari was a child, because Arina was thin and sickly and Hari was malnourished, but Hari recovered in less than a year and became a healthy child.
You can dislike the incestuous tone of the relationship, but don't add problems that don't exist.
