I never said they were..I said that the theory of them being siblings would be good and it'd be nice if it was true
Right when I was thinking that Rood looks like Kiel, of course then comes the panel about his mother being pregnant. Now if they don't turn out to be siblings that just wouldn't be cool, I mean that theory is soo good it just needs to happen lol. The mom was probably impregnated by the King to be reincarnated (or his followers transferred his soul type of thing) or it's part of a conspiracy by some higher up to claim the King's power
