So etoile gonna have a stalker and ripley is tried to make the stalker go away by set up a fake boyfriend for etoile. At first it supposed to be the 2nd male lead (wright i think?) but he didn't showed up. Then duke zeroness came and becoming the fake boyfriend instead (and ripley fucking let it be). After that there's rumour going around that she already broken up with the duke. Because of that ripley is jealous, upset and also afraid by seeing etoile and the duke chemistry together.
In conclusion : she is dumb.
