Mr Han and Param will have sex next chap and that is kinda not okay towards Hwi. While I understand they didn't really set boundaries, Hwi asked him on a date and they had a sexual relationship before so I am kinda sad for him..

Okay, it's technically not Param's fault entirely. I mean sure, he might be the one making the decisions, but who's the one manipulating him into making those decisions? Param is just too gullible for his own good, and Han knows that and is taking advantage of it.
