i have no idea why but he has stated he couldn’t tell her that his mother was behind those things, and she knows how he was born, so yes common sense.

A sad backstory does not excuse bad actions. Re read chapter 22 and 23. She asked for a proper apology and he couldn't give her one. She asked about their relationship, and he couldn't answer her. I understand that a lot of these stories have the FL rushing to fix the ML without the ML putting in any effort. But this situation is a lot more realistic. At the very least he could say that he wants to start their relationship over and become real friends, but he couldn't even do that. He just shifted to asking what her other people(blonde dude and blonde chick) have told her...Like no. She is in front of you NOW, asking you what she means to you. She is in front of you NOW asking what type of relationship you have and what type of relationship you want. You don't respond to those kind of questions with first silence and second defections and expect to keep the person asking the questions on your side.

That's why I think she is not the one for him.She approached him in order to use him and thought she would be the mc by making him fall for him but never once did she try to understand him.No matter how cold he was to her she never asked for the reason and just obliged.I know that he never explained anything he felt to her but he has never experienced a normal relationship with literally ANYONE.She gets mad at him and nevr complains and sticks around with him so he thinks everything is fine,whereas she is harbouring hate for him without him being aware of the reason.She knows his past butnoe she doesn't even care.Now that she knows he is the villian she is all convinced that he is just a bad person.In earlier chapters she claims on how Edgar is bad but not that bad but as soon as she remembers the plot she thinks,yeah! He must've a murderer fuck all that time I spent knowing him.She doesn't want to stick with someone rumored to be bad and that's it.Now she even refuses to believe anything he says.He said that she is precious to him so many times but she brushes it off as a lie so whatif he would have said the same in the recent chapters would she have believed him.She isbasically angry at him for not falling in love withher despite her being his only friend for so long.She is selfish.
she literally knows he’s born out of his parents hatred that’s why he has black magic, she can’t use common sense to understand there might be reason for the way he acts, she keeps believing Alice like i get it but she was literally wrong, if he wanted to hurt them he would’ve already done that, she was like “ i don’t know “ then shut up
