I was thinking the same. What would happen if she get in labor when she is male?!
Pregnancies increases the a women's hormones'. So maybe in their case they will stay a woman throughout the pregnancy then once the baby is out and their hormones re-stabilize. Then they will go back to switching genders? ╮(￣▽￣)╭??? Idk this is all theory and im not a doctor
