So, either Ma-kun slept with mole guy or not, it doesn't change the fact that mole guy is extremely manipulative and toxic, the work and their relationship, even on the flashbacks, was based on him taking advantage of Ma's passion and lack of self-love (considering he never said no to whatever the guy asked)
Now Ma-kun is a criminal and that makes him even more easy to manipulate like how mole guy does. I personally don't think they slept together again, but certainly mole guy is guilt tripping Ma to stay with him. You know, it may be triggering for some people since "Only I understand you" and "only I love you" or the "only I can accept you" are things abusers tend to say.
About the end of this episode (7) I feel Ma is doing the trope of purposely hurting the person you like so they hate you or don't miss you or whatever. It'll probably backfire but maybe in his mind makes sense xD
