They aren't living together. He's living on an island or whatever and that's why they asked him when he will move. I don't think they are actually going to live together just be near each other like they all used to be.

This is all bullshit. Haruto is in love with Kiyohisa, but Kiyohisa is not in love with him. So why are they living together? Just to torture him? What a pointless triangle. The author could've given Haruto another seme instead.
