I totally agree, we should be focusing on making our society a safer place rather than focusing on strengthening the potential victims. If we make our society a safer and smarter environment, then there won’t be much potential victims to worry about

Especially because when you tell one girl (or any individual really) that they need to dress modestly and act a certain way to protect themselves, you're only protecting that ONE person. And although that's amazing, we can all help protect AS MANY people as we can by actually fighting the issue directly and holding molesters and rapists accountable.
I don’t like nor agree with what he said about she’s in danger of getting molested being dressed like that when it isn’t her fault if she were to get molested only because she is showing some skin, if only molesters kept their filthy thoughts and hands to themselves then we wouldn’t have to worry. So the one he should’ve talked to is the molester in question. Am I the only one thinking about this?
