Like it's always either "I am a duchess, back in my old life I died a tragic way but I am reborn/gone back in time and now I will marry this influential man!" or anything about royalty/high society in an older time, either "I am an ordinary office worker and the CEO fell in love with me/I accidentally started going out with the CEO!"
