What I don't understand

about Tasuku is why he's doing all of that work in the first place? If his father can afford to have selfish assholes stay in his house, surely he can afford a fucking housekeeper? I HATE it when manga are like this. Logic out of the window.

Some parents in Eastern countries r like that, they raise u so u need to be grateful n live ur life as they want n pay them back or else u r regarded as the ungrateful one Σ( ̄□ ̄||)

I totally agree with you. There is a magic word that would solve 90% of Tasuku's problems..."NO". "No, I won't cook and clean for a bunch of spoiled jocks." "No, I won't go to a local college so I can devote the rest of my life to being your bitch." "No, I won't bow to your selfish whims and desires for me to fulfill your failed dreams." Need I go on?

Yeah, a lot of Asian families have this kind of mentality that the kids owe the parents and have to be obedient to their parents' wishes. Thankfully that's not the case in my family.

Well, a lot of kids, of all cultures, feel that way but this mindless obedience is still ridiculous. Especially when some of parents show up after giving their kids for someone else to raise. If that kid owes something, it's to the ones that raised them, not their biological ones.
