I think it best option for you is to sleep right now, but set an alarm for 12-3pm. You will have 6 hours and 30 minutes of sleep (for 3pm), which I think isn't too bad, though not ideal of course, it's way better than the first option of completely depriving yourself from sleep or the second one, which will get you in trouble.

When I stay up too long (my record is 7am), I sleep then I'll wake up at 12noon (which is kind of normal bc i always go out of my room at 12) then when my parents ask why i look tired and sleepy, i always say 'didnt sleep well, i go in and out of sleep' or 'i had a bad dream'
I always say those two excuses that now it has become a normal thing for it to happen to me, and they just accept it
so it's like 8:30 am in the morning and I stayed up for too long and i'm really tired. I have some options:
1. go to sleep and wake up at 5 pm but probably will get busted
2. stay up more to when I would normally wake up (12-3 pm), go
out, eat food or whatever and then take afternoon nap that i always take but be really sleep deprived
3. other option
