“Sana all” is a bilingual phrase (Filipino and English) used by Filipinos to hope (sana) that someday everyone or “all” would be in the same situation that you're wishing for.

Yep. Sana literally translates to Hope. All is all. So it's like your hoping that all would experience the same situation or feelings or whatevaaaaa (e.g. rix and nuah being loveydovey). SANA ALLLLLLLLLL
I have a Filipino friend (also reading this BL) and they said something along the lines of “sanna all” (is this right? ) and whatever that means...like honestly... uhmmm SAME ╥﹏╥
