Imo, Tatsuki is also messed up. In the beginning, he was just brushing off all the harassment by having sex with others (I assume not all the harassment is from Miyako, because he mentioned something about receiving hair and sending it back). Then even when he knew how messed up Miyako is with the rape and sexual harassment (he really wasn't okay with it), his first thought was about how Miyako didn't cum and assumed Miyako liked him. It wasn't shown much, but I got the impression that Tatsuki has a superiority complex (or something similar; with how he casually stepped on the seme's chopsticks in the beginning, considered paying the seme for sex without acutal confirmation of the rumors, being too proud of getting info easily from his connections, etc), so he might actually not dislike the stalking and harassment done to him (esp. with how easily he brushed off the issue).
