2 be fair the plot of the story she read only talks bout ain when hes grown up & in luv with a girl. she doesnt know much of his childhood & can only guess
maybe the story will have more relevance in the future??
Right now she's misunderstanding that current Ain is an innocent and pure child. She's been immersed in her role as a caring step mother, so when Ain acts weird even though nothing has happened she's instinctually thinking: it's not her, it's because a variable she has no control of which is his birth mother. Honestly right now MC just projecting her false belief to Ain and Cassius, making them hiding the fact they're actually indeed cold blooded and ruthless.
What.. makes her think he misses his real mom?? ._. I swear the whole plot of even being reborn into the story that she read shouldn't even exist it does nothing for the story so far now if she was just the step mom who loved his father and was struggling with her worries about how Ain felt about his late mother and if he misses her and trying to grow a bond between them that would make more sense but she should know the environment he was raised in and how his mother was @-@ and if she thinks he is so sweet why would he be thinking like that and try to distance himself when he has been all over her and not leaving her side since basically the beginning .-.
