God it was such a relief to see so many of you agreeing with me because i was so prepared to be arguing with people attacking me for this but it was so, so lovely to see you guys being so respectful and kind towards me and others. Feels good :)
It was just a very nice change of pace from the usual people who get all pissy because i literally just said "stop defending rapists". It also just felt good personally to be able to not worry about throwing up a big fuck you to those people since i spend so much time calming myself down before i reply to them. I was just really happy to see your responses so thank you :)
When i made that point i was mainly thinking about canon characters (lets use BNHA for example) like Deku is canonically 15/16 depending on which arc youre looking at.
Now, Deku is a minor and yet a lot of people or fanartists/ doujinshi artists worm their way around this by drawing the characters "aged up" purely so they can draw and publish explicit sex scenes. People will defend those incredibly explicit sex scenes by using the excuse that they were aged up so that they can worm their way around child pornography accusations (which is what it is if you take away the excuse of "but theyre aged up").
I believe this is mainly a problem with Doujinshis because the aging up of characters is a super common excuse to draw sex scenes. I havent really seen an example of the "aged up" excuse anywhere apart from there.
I have no problem with people drawing doujinshis of adult, consenting canon characters. My issue is with how people are bringing minors into it, children who cannot consent. Minors should be left completely out of any kind of adult/sexual content.

Im not someone who likes confrontation at all, ive always thought the best way to get my points and arguments across is to talk about them calmly and explain why. But im tired of the entitled behaviour of some of you people.

I hate getting worked up about this because i know the people who defend it will use it to there advantage, im aware that im making myself vulnerable to those stupid comments but i do not care anymore. No. Im a human being and i get pissed off just as much as you do.

Its fine but dont expect people like me to ever stop being pissed off about the things that go on on this site because itll never happen and way too much sickening behaviour is normalised here.
Im sorry for pouring out all of this negativity but ive talked to many ignorant people during my time here and ive always been respectful of them, its just a shame they cant do the same back.
