I am guessing it ties into his childhood and how he was treated by his father when he found out he was gay (he was probably beat upa nd forced to drink all those medicines and stuff) and then recently Jihwa too used someone's name from Seungho's past to call him out to that place...so it does make sense that he isnt forthcoming with his feelings and is very insecure ;;;;
Exactly, but he's not giving himself a chance to heal. I just hope something happens to make him show his vulnerabilities without feeling weak.
Seungho is so insecure and fears of letting his feeling out which is the reason he and Nakyum are never gonna work out. He doesn't trust or believe anyone but his own mind and eyes which will eventually lead to this kinda of situation (even if Nakyum wasn't kidnapped) where he is punishing Nakyum for his own insecures.
