You are right and the 3rd season is updating on tappytoon. The 1st and 2nd season has no smut, but they recently are releasing the mature version of the 2nd season. And the 3rd season is mature on tappytoon.

Triple Crown is season 2, with 3 parts. Part 2 just started this week, and part 1 mature version (aka the version with smut in it) also just started this week.
From what ive read from triple crown its litareally just the same thing but with mature scenes.
