Recessive/dominant

Um it's just like a fox there's alpha omega beta right

Me thinks its got something to do with their genes? Like dominant omegas are more likely to have stronger pheromones compared to their recessive counterparts?(￣∇￣")

And maybe maybe they have better control of said pheromones hmm ┗( T﹏T )┛

The difference is recessive omega cannot detect pheromones, and cannot produce pheromones, unlike the dominant omega.
