To be fair, Hari DOES NOT look like his dead sister. (This is confirmed in the novel.) Hari and the sister only share the same hair color. They looked SIMILAR when Hari was young because the sister was sickly and Hari was malnourished, but once Hari grew healthier, that resemblance faded.
You can still feel icky because of the incestuous relationship between Eugene and Hari, but frankly I'd find ERICH's crush on Hari far creepier if she actually looked like his twin sister Arina. (Especially since they actually did live together for those six years.)

Yep. Hari never notices it, though (Erich is thoroughly brother-zoned), and Erich never does anything creepy with his crush other than have feelings. (And unlike Eugene, who doesn't become aware of Hari until AFTER her social debut as an adult, Erich started liking Hari around the end of his sleepwalking phase in Ernst as a kid.)
But yeah, Cabel is the only one who actually sees Hari as his sister, and it has NOTHING TO DO with Arina.
