In chapter 27 after Keith comes back from his business trip which he was away for a week we learn that all that time whenever he had the chance he would go out and mess around while yeonwoo sincerely waited for him after he got better from the cold (because he was sick before Keith went to his business trip and after he got better he went back to work). That day as he was happy to finally be able to see him back (because it was the day Keith was supposed to return) is when yeonwoo catches Keith kissing a woman in Keith's office. (She is not an omega or anything because we don't get that information). When yeonwoo sees this he leaves his office.
In chapter 28 when yeonwoo gets to Keith's mansion he says he's leaving the mansion and back to his house this prompts an argument between Keith and yeonwoo because Keith doesn't understand why yeonwoo wants to leave and why yeonwoo is angry when he saw him kissing a woman that he didn't knew her name because she apparently was a past-time, this only angers yeonwoo and question his relationship with Keith to which he replies that he doesn't love yeonwoo because it was yeonwoo who told him his feelings. In that moment yeonwoo reliased he was no different than the past relationships that Keith has had in the past with other womens. And it is in this chapter where he gets rape because yeonwoo tells Keith he wants for them to break up.
chapter 29 everything goes back to normal, because yeonwoo has to follow the contract he has made with Keith (remember that time he quitted but Keith ask him back and to return to his job so yeonwoo requested for compensation if he were to go back?, yeah he has to follow that contract) because of that contract he has to keep working there. In this chapter yeonwoo acts normally like before the relationship with Keith started, but Keith believes he is just angry so he's just acting like he's mad at him and that he'll eventually will go back to him, apparently Keith believes the relationship is not over when yeonwoo clearly told him they were over. Yeonwoo starts hanging with Emma and finds Emma's friendship refreshing while Keith keeps seeing/having different relationships that don't last much. Also in this chapter Keith argues about yeonwoo' s attitude towards him which yeonwoo explains but ends up in an argument to the point he gives back the watch (which was a gift Keith gave to yeonwoo one time during their relationship) Keith tells him to keep it since it was a gift but yeonwoo decides to buy it instead because he doesn't want to keep a gift from previous relationship so he writes a check for the gift and for the sex he had (like saying he's paying for all the sex they had too) but that he's discounting the rape sex since it was against his will. This angers Keith even more and he decides to rip the check infront of yeonwoo, yeonwoo replies back by throwing the gift onto the garbage can. (I cheered for yeonwoo on this part xD)
In chapter 30 everything is still the same, except that a week after, Keith shows up at yeonwoo's house in the middle of a rainy night, (our dummy yeonwoo) opens the door and realised that something is off, Keith was in his rut cycle and rapes yeonwoo again, in this chapter yeonwoo says even though he should hate Keith he doesn't because he still loves him but because he know this he won't forgive him so he bites Keith (he never thought that he was going to mark him). Then after that Keith leaves. The next day Keith doesn't remember what happened and is also furious because he was marked but doesn't know who did it to which out of fear yeonwoo stays quiet but eventually as days pass he starts feeling fatigue and weak but he just thinks of it as overworked.
In chapter 31, Keith throws a party, yeonwoo still feel very tired, he thinks he's getting sick even keith's buttler notice this and tells him his complexion looks paler and weak and tells him to go to the hospital when he can. Yeonwoo starts feeling dizzy so he goes outside and meets a bodyguard name Josh (who happens to be Emma's omega brother. And eventually learn that he has a kid too). As they're talking Keith comes and interrupts the conversation, when Joshua leaves Keith out of jealousy starts an argument with yeonwoo, telling him all kind of shits and yeonwoo telling he at least ain't a playboy whose relationship don't last (and blah blah blah). After feeling insulted from all the back and forth yeonwoo goes back to work, but feels even more sicker so he goes to the balcony to get some fresh air, Keith follows him and tries to explain to him about the woman, about the kiss, he tries to tell him he wants for them to get back together but yeonwoo doesn't want to, Keith tries to forcefully kiss yeonwoo to show him he cares about him but yeonwoo ends up biting his own wrist. Stating he'd rather die than go out together again and faints from the wound Keith concern about yeonwoo health and wound takes him to the hospital and that's when they find out yeonwoo is pregnant.
