Uhh well I think they where wrong cause the doctor said that he CAN get pregnant that's why they are very careful and always use condoms bc doyun IS FERTILE AND CAN get pregnant hes just a recessive omega/irregular im not sure what ch but im pretty sure the doctor talks about this at some point in the story (if im wrong someone tell me)
