From wat I saw I think shin is going to commit suicide. So in the season 2 chp 1 chapter. The palace is getting ready for an event and I also see a long haired person enter the hall of the palace. I don't want to assume to much but I think wolfgang ends up getting married (hence the white ribbons and blue flowers) shin obvi decides to support the marriage and becomes depressed so he kills himself. Thts my theory
