Maybe you could try trash of the count's family. it's similar, the mc word is always interpreted to a positive way even though the mc didn't meant it like that, and yeah people adore the mc but it's not romance genre and it's not princess story.
Oh yeah I loved that one, I'm kinda sad the novel trans got cancelled...
