It's because in Japan Sakura tree's are everywhere and during graduation it's spring which is the season Sakura tree's bloom. It's common so it's in a lot of manga's. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

why any manga that I read, when they graduate, there is always a scene that shows sakura blossoms and they are standing next to a sakura blossom tree.
